This weekend, I finally finished my first spring quilt. It was a mystery quilt using a flower design that features a nine-patch block. Methinks it will look quite nice in our new green bedroom.

Our "other kids" are our pets (two very silly golden retrievers and a spoiled calico kitty who is convinced that she's a dog). They remind us daily to relish life (and a good treat), hang out with those you love, forgive quickly and often and keep it simple.
